Hi I just submitted mine 2 weeks ago via online stream. They emailed me a file number.

HI stuart, i didnt notarized my docs..i just uploaded all scanned copy of my original in full color . I just followed all instructions and documents asked. Uploaded and sent after ko ma complete. I dont usually open my FB, sa YM im always online- send me your YM and i will add you sa YM ko. Wala nga ako mabasa na nag apply thru online kaya wala din me makausap dito, though all their information are very helpful. Buti pa sila waiting for LOA na. Most probably next year pa mag kaka feedback from MPNP. Sa timeline kasi nila nasa 7months before LOA , kaya submit ka na thru online.

guys..pls share your opinion..im planning to sumbit my application by next month...but my settlement funds might not be enough for my whole family (with 5 members) so i would rather decide to apply alone at this point in time...do you think i have the chance to get approval for MPNP, coz i have only CAD 10k funds right now?...thanks for the concern

I already raised that issue and the answer is even if your family members will not come with you initially to Canada, you still need to produce the amount needed for your dependants. "ACCOMPANYING DEPENDANTS" doesn't mean that they are your family members who will join you in Canada in your initial entry but it means that they are your family members whom you declared as your dependants whether they will come with you or not. In short, you need to provide the required proof of fund for all your dependants (family member) whether they will join you or not in Canada.

In my case, as of now I can only provide 10,000 CAD for me as the principal applicant (I have a daughter and husband as my dependants) but I am expecting to complete the money for the 3 of us next month so I am thinking of applying myself first. Until, I read a post in a forum that a woman who has a family with 3 members was denied to be nominated in Manitoba because of insufficient fund. She was wondering because she declared that her family will not accompany her in Canada that's why she provided only 10,000 CAD. I was surprised because I'm planning to do that as well but luckily I read that post. So, I made clarifications and found out that even if our dependants will not accompany us initially to canada, we still need to include them in our PROOF OF FUND. In your case, with 5 members of the family you need to show 18,000 CAD = 760,000 PHP).

It has been two months I didnt hear any thing from Manitoba Immigration Office.

HI STUARTMAT, i have added you in my YM.. nakita ko kasi na magsa-submit ka palang din. may mga itatanong po sana ako sa mga forms... bago n kc ang checklist...ím applying under general stream. walang nakalagay dun na need ng MAS & MAPP form. nag-submit ka din po ba? thanks

Wla pa rin balita skin. pumunta nga ako last monday s post office bka bigla meron kmi letter galing sknila wla p rin. namamagasa lang ako. Kahit tawag s sponsors wla din. gusto ko n nga talaga mgffup eh..

Hi! Just want to share the response I received when I inquired about the status of my application. My application under family stream was also submitted by my cousin last October. Below is the response from MPNP.

"Please be advised that we currently entering applications we received for the month of September. A letter of acknowledgement usually sent to applicants in 2-3 months from the date we received the application."
