I have CLB 7 and blood relation both at Manitoba. Pl help whether I shall apply for MPN or Express + MPNP.
Is MPN program open ??

I think the MPNP has already opened.
It depends on where you want to stay and how many points you have got, ie your CRS, I think. If you have high CRS, say 450 or higher, then the general EE would be a good idea as you have high chance of getting invited and the freedom of destination selection, including Manitoba. On the other hand, if your CRS is not quite high, MPNP may be a better option. My thoughts.
