Hi there, if i get clb 7 in french. Do I need job experience ? Some says i don’t need and some says I need in teer 0123. I currently not working anywhere.

You need it to be eligible for one of the Express Entry Streams.

To get into the Express Entry pool you need to qualify for any EE stream. Or else you won't be let in and invited.

Who's eligible for each category​

To be eligible for an invitation through a category-based round, you must:

• meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry, including being eligible for 1 of the 3 immigration programs it covers, and
• meet all of the requirements in the instructions for that round

Yes, you need job experience. As said above, you need to be eligible for one of the EE streams. You cannot be eligible without work experience.
