No. They can say that you pay for both you and your partner.

Thanks, I don't suppose you know how my parents are supposed to format the letter and how they can structure it.

I've tried to find some examples on the forum here but can't find anything.

There aren't really examples because letters are best written by people themselves in their own words.

Just need to know if I had to include certain information and stuff.

Also, if it doesn't get done in time for November as it does say around 12 months.

You said that it would be possible to go to Canada as a visitor whilst it finishes, say it finishes in Jan, would I have to leave and then re-enter the country?

I look forward to your reply.

Cohabitation dates, rental info, confirmation of common-law relationship.

You can go as a visitor. You would not need to leave and re-enter Canada.

Thanks a lot, I must be annoying you by now but think we are all done.

Just one last thing, I hope... by "confirmation of common-law relationship" you just mean that my parents need to write that we've been together for X amount of time and have lived there for X amount of time as partners.

Thanks

Not annoying.

Yes, that's what I mean. It's one thing to say "they lived her from..." and another to say "they lived here in a common-law relationship from...."
