Dmitri! I thought you moved to Russia temporarily Haven't heard from you in a while...Keep holding on strong, it's temporary. Trust me, your application is in process and now that you've applied for GCMS, you should see something (assuming they haven't changed too much from CAIPS). They can't have not started now, that is just not possible, believe me.
Hanmar, Thanks for your valuable information. You're a little less than 3 weeks ahead of me, so as I've said in previous posts. We're not expecting anything for another 4-6 weeks from now...hopefully The most recent people before us got accepted 5-7 months AFTER AOR...you're now at the point! The worst recent case that I know of was Tallen (not counting rejection of girl on rusforum) at 7 months from AOR, but they triggered him as a doubt from the beginning until he gave more info, and applied for TRV (which they transferred app to immigration). I've seen our CAIPS twice, and we're in the golden so far with nothing but positive comments....Just process waiting.
Trackit is useless! As they stated in the last televised conference with Moscow Program Manager, 500+ spousal apps last year accepted and in trackit it's like under 10 cases for 2010 year. The stats are not there to be able to judge and we know that very small percentage who apply are on the forums.
Our app AOR is Nov. 22, the letter date was Oct. 11 which is when Moscow received the file... But, I'm not expecting anything until next month at the earliest. If middle of May comes for us and nothing, I think I'll officially be a crazy man. We'll be broken down to near nothing and probably then it will happen! A true test, but no matter what we'll survive and I myself may plan another visit and say screw this wait, I don't care anymore. I'm going again...work will understand.
Anyhow, many mixed feelings...positive, negative, hopeful, lost...Just like all of you.
I really think, and brutally think, that 5-6 (possibly 7 months) from AOR is when we can expect this process to end. Plan your life accordingly. Anything else will just be a huge disappointment.
Hanmar, When did you apply for TRV? What documents did Moscow ask for?
