It is pretty common with Montreal that for some reason emails get lost

You can refer my old responses - My friend did not get the P1 at all although it was sent & lost and got P2 directly

I checked today on the IRCC pr portal and it was still under review anyway. Also, I can't reach anyone at IRCC ...

Hi. I wanna gather the folks who have received Portal 1 email from Montreal VO but have not received Portal 2. Maybe we could share timelines on what to expect.

I received Portal 1 on July 10, 2023. I have not receiver Portal 2 yet.

Here is my timeline:

Portal 1: October 28,2023
Portal 2: November 1,2023 (Only declaration submitted since submit button for photos and address not yet activated.
November 7: Submitted photos and address in portal.
Ecopr: Waiting
PR Card: Waiting
VO Montreal
