Have you created tracker account? You'll be able to monitor your progress more precisely. Additionally, I think you should call IRCC to find out at what stage your application is in. Try calling them 5 minutes before 8 AM and you should be able to get a hold of them!

What does it show on your tracker? It is completely normal. At times, VOs are just backed up!

Ok.. it's almost 3 months that I completed biometrics.
I will wait and hope will get an update soon.
