Mon Project : Cap-exempt applicants

Hi Guys ,

I have a LMIA and CAQ from quebec employer. I am yet to join the company as the temporary work visa is in progress.
I am currently residing in USA.

I thought I will get started with CSQ so I created an account in Mon Projet and filled up the application,but did not submit it because I didnt see an option to give LMIA or job offer details. How do I proceed ?

If you have a job offer or you are a temporary resident in quebec.. you can apply at any time...for account creation and submission you have to call MIDI they will guide you step by step...

When you call, you will have to select one of the following options:

To immigrate to Québec or to sponsor
Permanent workers
Businesspeople
Family sponsorship and refugees
To study or work temporarily in Québec
Students
Temporary workers
To learn French
To request a comparative evaluation of your diplomas
To register for an information session or for any other topic
Information session or changing the date of appointment
For any other topic

Yes you can...but you should check your eligibility through preliminary review... And must calculate your points on point grid...for single applicant you have to get 49 and for married you have to get 57 poins minimum...

thanks. I have another query I have passed from Zoology in 2008. Is it mandatory to work in relevant field that directly link with subject or from any working experience I can apply. My score 63. I am married

If you are eligible for CSQ (enough points gained), you can submit on next intake, i.e. 16th August.

I applied in March. Haven't got any notice yet.
