I have sent the photocopy of my wife passports and other documents as requested along with return envelope to Ottawa and they have received it on Nov. 6th. Does anybody knows how long usually it takes before they will send the COPR.

I just got the online update that I was approved and my photocopies arrived at ottawa vo on Nov 3. They appear to be mailing out the copr within 2 days of the online update.

Just got an approved status on MyCIC as well! Hoping to receive CoPR early next week. Our tracker hasn’t been activated yet (as of today - 3 weeks since we sent the pics and photocopies).

Does anyone have a recent indication of how long passports are taking to come back with COPR in it.
Ottawa received my passport November 14th and just seeing how long further to wait.

Yeah, we got pretty lucky. I think it's just because we were in the Mississauga "easy" pile, and were one of the later applications to go there, so we hadn't already been waiting for nine months by that point.

So my husband called CIC this morning and learnt some new information.
1) Our relationship eligibility check started on November 2nd
2) My security check and criminality check hasn't started yet

I'm so glad that at least there has been some progress since we last heard from CIC (which was when I passed my medical in September).

We have very similar timeline!, im June applicant and got aor at July,11th. Hope we could get PRR soon !
