Interesting. My wife sent her passport copy and photos on October 27, and the delivery was confirmed on the 30th. Still haven't heard anything unfortunately, and the GCKey hasn't changed at all. It still claims that they are doing the background checks.
Good grief. There really are no patterns at all... I have refused to get excited about anything until I have the final document in my hand which I guess could be today or still weeks off. Needless to say that I'm pleased to be at the far end of this process and not starting out. Timelines etc are impossible to predict.

Not sure about your office, but I sent off my photos etc to the London office and a week later received a message in my GCKey to say my COPR had been issued. Just waiting on the official docs in the post now. My GCKey account thingy also changed at the same time to say my application had been approved which was a sweet, sweet sight!
I got the PPR from Mississauga and it told me to send the documents to Ottawa.

I'm not sure how we know?
Is it my tracking number becomes active?
Email saying GCkeys has a message?
Email from Ottawa?
Will see a change in MyCIC/Ecas?
Everyone seems to say something different.

It was my understanding that you will be requested to send your PPR docs to the original visa office that would have processed your application had you not been kept in Mississauga. UNLESS you are living in Canada in which case they have you send it to Ottawa no matter what. I think...

Well.
I am living in Canada.
I’m a US citizen here under a study permit.
But we applied Outland.
All I know is that annex A has CPC-M hughlighted in bright yellow. As original office.
But the letter explicitely states that if I’m living in the country, to send it to Ottawa. Nothing else even mentioned sending it to Mississauga.
So it went to Ottawa.

Hello everyone, I do not know whether my VO is in Mississauga or not.. Please help...Here is my time line

Application received: June 12, 2017
AOR received : July 11, 2017
SA received : July, 25, 2017
Police certificate& Schedule A received : August 30, 2017
Medical exam request received : Sep, 01, 2017

So I got the email to ask to submit Police certificate& Schedule A on August 30. 2017, and in the bottom of that request email said

"Sincerely,

Case Processing Centre Mississauga"

Is this AOR2 and means my VO office is in Mississauga? Anyone helps? Thank you so much!!!!

I wouldn't say that's AOR2. AOR2 is when you're informed that another VO has received your application and is going to be further processed.

Thank you! I have already uploaded Schedule A& police certificate, and GCKEY showed "you have passed your medical exam". That is why I am confused why I still do not sure where is my VO.

Mine said that really soon too. but mine shouldn't be any indication of how the process applications because I'm fairly certain it was used as a coaster for someone's coffee for a while.

The Schedule A and PCC request email is not your AOR2. I'm assuming you're an American based on your avatar. Did you get an email that your application will be processed at CPC Mississauga? Considering you're a June 12th applicant you should have got one by now. This particular email is sent to the sponsor and NOT the principal applicant. If you are the PA then you should ask your partner to check his/her email. Ask him/her to check the spam folder as well. My application was received 3 days before yours, and I also received my medical request on September 1st. My husband got the email about our application being processed in Mississauga on August 29th. I don't know why it took them so long to send you the Schedule A & PCC request. Probably a human error on their part. They must by accidentally missed your file when sending out the Schedule A & PCC requests. If your partner still hasn't received the email then I would suggest giving CIC a call and asking them.

Do you mind sharing when did you submit your Schedule A & PCC? If you only submitted your Schedule A & PCC within the past few days, then there's a chance that they haven't send out the AOR2 email yet.

Thank you so much for your help!! I was thinking of it, too. so i got the request email for my police certificate& schedule A on Aug,30,2017, and I submitted them on Oct, 28, 2017. It is almost delayed for 2 months. That might be the reason why I still hasnt got Aor2 even I have already passed medical exam on GCKEY
