Hi
Why my account does not link to my application.I'm a Canadian citizen and have applied for my husband. The application has been received by cic mississauga on june22.2017. Since then I have tried hundered times to linke my account to the application but it says" based on the information you've entered we can not find any application"

Our applicatin has been sent to visa office in Ankara, Turky on sep12, 2017.
After one month they requested additional document which we provided them within a week.do you guys think that my husband already passed the background check?

Ankara is processing routine apps in 3-4 months, so while it's difficult to say since the background check is the last stage of the process, you shouldn't have too much longer to wait.
You may want to check the June applicants thread - this thread is for applicants who are being processed in Mississauga.

According to the consolidated spreadsheet, a June Mississauga applicant @Slartibartfast now has BG check in progress. It looks like 150 days since app received, for many people, seems to be the magic time frame to start seeing BG check go into progress (and sometimes DM shortly after :) ) Obviously this won't be true for everyone, but feels good to start seeing a pattern!

Jeff. You applied a bit ago like me and another person did. So yours is probably going to go more the way ours did were we got BGC in progress. The two days later get DM.

Like Mason said, I think there is a difference between the in-betweeners who got caught up in between Ottawa and Mississauga processing or applied earlier in the year (Jan/Feb/March) and the applicants who seem to be following a straighter, less confusing path (April/May and onward). The timeline I was referring to is in reference to the latter... :)

Here's to hoping us in betweeners also get CoPR really quickly.
Anyone know the current waiting times. I've seen now anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

I asked in my March 2017 group for someone who mailed their PPR off on Oct 20 and received CoPR on Nov 6th. I hope its that quick for us. I mailed ours off on Oct 24

Not sure about your office, but I sent off my photos etc to the London office and a week later received a message in my GCKey to say my COPR had been issued. Just waiting on the official docs in the post now. My GCKey account thingy also changed at the same time to say my application had been approved which was a sweet, sweet sight!

Interesting. My wife sent her passport copy and photos on October 27, and the delivery was confirmed on the 30th. Still haven't heard anything unfortunately, and the GCKey hasn't changed at all. It still claims that they are doing the background checks.
