So happy for you since you've been waiting for about 7 yearsGuess they finally decided I'm not a threat to Canada...just got PPR email 15 min ago. Not if they can be speedy in Ottawa to issue COPR I'll be able to start working shortly!

I checked my ECAS yesterday and found that my case status updated from "Application Received" to "In Process", and today, just out of my curiosity, I checked my ECAS again, and it has been updated to "Decision Made", that is totally unexpected. So, I guess I am about inch away from the finish line.
My Time Line is below:

Just received a call from my lawyer to ask me to send the passport to him and told us that my case has been approved and our PPR has been sent to him.
Officially I am graduated, YAY!!!
Yes, my case was fully processed by CPC-Mississauga. I didn't call them, so I don't know for certain. Based on the posts I read here that I knew CPC-Mississauga didn't issue PPR, and I guess my application was transferred to Ottawa at some point for finalizing my application and issuing me PPR. Actually my lawyer did say just now that he received PPR from Ottawa.Congrats! Did your application stayed in Mississauga? Or did it get transferred to a different VO?
