We have found a panel physician close to our home in Toronto and are going to contact them to see if we can finalize my husband's medical furtherance with them. Once we are clear of the panel physician here, I am definitely filing a complaint against him.

Have you also received the file transfer email too? Or does your application stay in CPC-M?
I also believe this could mean your BGC has been initiated.

In March, my husband (sponsor) got an email saying my application was staying in Mississauga (see below) and no file transfer email since then.
In my MyCIC profile the background check still isn't showing as started. In fact, there's been no change in that for a long time.
