I don't think so if the application was sent before the minor turned 18th. They won't ask for a new fee.

Unfortunately, no oath invite at all. It seems they paused sending out oath invite recently for no reason. I am hoping we will receive it in the next a couple of weeks.
lets hope they do so. I am planning to travel in the last week of October so was hoping to travel as a Canadian but seems like that will not be possible now.

My father passed away after submitting my application, I have provided a proof requesting an urgent processing and was approved.
Luckily, that have made the whole family application as urgent, not only mine.
Believe my application is rotting in some office.
