Will this mean that my daughter who will be 18 next year October will be asked to pay the full cost since we paid minor fee now?

I don't think so if the application was sent before the minor turned 18th. They won't ask for a new fee.

Started Processing: Dec 31 2018
Test Invite: Oct 8 2019
Test Date: Oct 24 2019.

Anyone who did the Test in first week of September 2019 got the Oath invite?

Unfortunately, no oath invite at all. It seems they paused sending out oath invite recently for no reason. I am hoping we will receive it in the next a couple of weeks.

lets hope they do so. I am planning to travel in the last week of October so was hoping to travel as a Canadian but seems like that will not be possible now.

My father passed away after submitting my application, I have provided a proof requesting an urgent processing and was approved.
Luckily, that have made the whole family application as urgent, not only mine.
