How often does Scarborough host citizenship tests? Is it everyday Monday to Friday? Or is it only on specific days?

Also if there are days I can’t attend and send webform to let them know in advance the dates that won’t work, would they just ignore that?

Wait for your test, you'll be notified 2 weeks in advance. If that day doesn't suit you then you can contact CIC to reschedule.

How long Mississauga office takes from DM to Oath invitation? Any general trend or this number varies. I am looking for some average number.

It varies. I've observed within a month to a few more till 4-5. My interview (aka test) was on Aug-24th at Scarborough - and the Oath is on Sep-26th at Glen Erin Dr. Mississauga. I'm a Mississauga CPC case.
