I think they just invent non-routine answer so we don't ask more questions. I have a friend who asked him for fingerprints in September, took the test in December, had an interview in February, and his Oath was 10 days ago.

It looks I joined the rc 8090 club, my primary office is Mississauga then I have two secondary offices GTA-CEN IRCC and CPC Sydney since 10/03/24, I am Nov 2023 applicant my LPP due date 08/12/2024
Is there a reason for that or they do this randomly

I agree with the fact that now “non-routine” is just a label they give so they can go over the processing time without being held accountable.

I’m going to request GCMS notes this week. Let’s see what’s holding. What is the difference between GCMS and ATIP or they are same
My assignments were all RC 8090 and they were completed in November 2023.
I don’t see Oath assignment. Where can we see that?
The only out of the ordinary thing on my GCMS notes is a blank space under “Clearances - Security”. I’m wondering if that means it’s still in progress (though why my prohibitions and background are completed then?!)
Probably yes , still pending either prohibition or BG. That’s awful. I belive I’m also RC 8090 I don’t know It could be everything
