I just sent a webform as well so we will see. Yes it's unfortunate as I have been waiting so long. I really hope they're dedicated to clearing backlogs because this is just insane. Waiting 9+ months for an update on a file is crazy. Most people from Nov 2020 already have their citizenship.

I would call but I generally don't have the time with my job. My wife can call but I am not sure they will give her the information.

Yeah I think another email should just be ok. May be they might respond once they locate another time slot for you?!

Hi,

Test completed on 29th october and update on portal on 31st october.

Last update on portal is today 2nd november.

I beleive last update is a ghost upate.

Citizenship and background check is completed, everything else is in progress.

@naten I don't think there is a timeline to get the the ceremony scheduled. I think it all depends on the agent in charge of the file . I'm a May 2020 applicant, décision made in April 2022, interview in June 2022 and silence since June. I contacted Mississauga they replied saying that I'm in queue for the ceremony. In the meantime some 2022 applicant are done with the process! It's a non-sens.

Finally this process will come to an end soon. My tracker shows that I'm scheduled for oath ceremony next week. I haven't received the letter yet.

I did ask for reschedule but it was since i had some work. I did not get any response till my oath date so i took unscheduled day off at work.
I never got any response from ircc

Try incognito window and check you are not on vpn.
Vpn or cookies mess things up

There is no definite timeline but in my case it took more than a month between those two things.
It depends on how other items get completed. You’ll get oath invite only after other items are completed. It all depends on individual case files

unfortunately i am out of the country for another 2 weeks and they wanted me for an in-person oath. I also did send a webform. I got asked on Oct 27 to come in on Nov 2, i did email them back within an hour of that email that I am travelling and unable to attend and told them when i will be back.

Your best bet is to send the email, that you already have done. Additionally raise a webform and request the acknowledgment. If you have return date scheduled, provide the exact return date and corresponding tickets as proof. They’ll most likely reschedule after you miss the current ceremony

Hi @CoorsHeavy , I submitted a webform to IRCC, after that I was able to login into the portal.
Test was updated complete on 31st oct on the portal.

are you able to login now?
