Returned to me w/ letter claiming missing documents: March 12 2015
My file was returned to me because my spouse forgot to sign a document.
He's signed it and I'm sending it off first thing in the morning.
Does this set-back put me at the bottom of the pile again? Am I re-starting my "17 months" in regards to processing time? Or will they re-visit what they have already started with my other documents and I'm not completely starting back at 0 months again?
And how does this effect the OWP I submitted with my app (under the one-year pilot program)?
My current WP ends April 15. If I send it tomorrow do I still have implied status? I'm about to have an actual heart attack.
Any help?
