I just happen to talk with my consultant regarding PR Visas.

I do not want to spread panic & I also do not believe blindly on their words but the lady told me that presently they are receiving very few PR Visas that too of people who had sent documents & passports in Feb/Mar 2013.

For my file (docs & ppts sent in june 2013) she said I may have to wait for 5 - 6 months i.e. till the end of this year looking at the present trend but she added that things will obviously speed-up if the strike is over.
hi i sent mine pp on 21 march .may your consultants word come true

That's true, is known by most people as per the current trend.

The vital part of my update is that present process is for Feb/Mar 13 people...... rest I know everyone can assume...

Hi Canadian Dreams,

I have sent my Docs (MR + RPRF + PP) in MAR 2013. I hope and pray that your Consultant's words become a reality for me.

Thanks for the post.

I wish so buddy... It will be a pleasure to see all going through & reaching their dream destination....

GOD Bless all...:)

Please add me.
See My timelines on left.
PPT submitted to CHC on 03rd March 2013
RPRF encash on 18th March 2013

I sent it through VFS and these were recd at VO on 17th June

This ever growing list & many more to be added .... it seems NDVO must be a warehouse of passports by now assuming 4 passports per application on an average since there must be old & cancelled passports also. (I myself had sent 4 + 4)

I wonder what they are doing & when they will think of despatching them back with Visa.

maybe they might be giving visas to applicants who are not on this forum.

Lets wait for another 2 days to see who gets on a dramatic stage...

For me this is a universally approved joke - must go on history books

150,000 lives in jeopardy *1650 Diplomats on Strike - howzaaaattttttttt ?

and just now on Twitter :

A week after PSLRB heard PAFSO's bad-faith bargaining case against Treasury Board, still no decision from adjudicator

PAFSO says PSLRB will give them a 24-hour notice before the adjudicator issues its decision

So this means the #dipstrike continues until either PSLRB forces parties to enter arbitration or parties come to an agreement

Hi Mindianboy,

VFS Service refers to the VFS Centers in various Cities of India. These Centers facilitate processing of Visas. Please check the VFS Center closest to your place of residence and contact them.

Good Luck.

Thx nvln
Plz tell one more thing can NDVO sent our PP through VFS rather than Indian Postal Service
