Now that issuance of student visas is going to complete or already completed.

I think PR visas season is started now. And I feel, very soon everyone will be receiving the passports with visas.

I request everyone, please keep posting and keep forum members updated.

Wish u all the best to everyone.

working style can be based on

Batch processing as per MI category
NOC's in Demand
Timeline for a specific category (FSW1 currently 16months)
Sec/Crim reports matching up to Bring Forward Date – if reports delayed file goes on to next B'F Date
ECU – backlogs and clearance timeline
Travel History and timely submission of requested docs

Etc etc.. many others – its hard to assume why a candidate of same category was assessed first than the rest ..

Here is wt my analysis say:

As of now Student Visa are being rushed and they will close on this last week of August , TRV are minimal now
Sept-Oct rains PPR/DM - BTW – Labour board hearing arbitration case on Aug 22 – possibly they may close onto this month end with a union meeting thereafter . 1% if they fail to reach an agreement- sept 16- parliament should pass “BTW legislation” which will prompt to resume work at all embassy's
..

Keep hopes alive my friend

Fully agreed with terki...

Exactly... there are so many people here who did their medicals by the end of last year.. and NDVO is issuing visa to those who did medicals 2-3 months ago.. this is ridiculous.... :(

Absolutely right
Same thing i have posted few days back.
Pafso have no choice after 15th of September 2013 because Fall session is going to start on 16th september,2013.
Tim Edword and PAFSO Union have lost their hope now thats why they are in hurry for BIN ABR and goes in the doors of Labour Board and they know this is their last hope for binding arb. otherwise by lAWE of Canada the parliament will order them in fall session to return on their work and PAFSO have to return.

So its not much importent now whether on 22th august 2013 Labour Board resolve this issue or not because after second weeek of September you can see Tim Edword sit in his cabin and stamping the visas >:(
So Friends dont worry now Pafso ne jinna sada time kharab kerna c oh ker chukke hun sirf kuj din hor ne milna ohna nu kuj ni hun ta apni ink stamp pad ch paan di tiari ker rhe ne and nvia stamps v order ker dittia ne.
