CSE is the only way - however bear in mind - lodge CSE only if you think file has surpassed avrge processing time..

else it will trigger addons on GCMS

MY DD Returned due to wrong payment I made payment of RPRF "58800 INR as per 60 INR PER 1 CAD" They have mentioned the correct amount is "51940". Just take care of this thing friends who are going to submit RPRF in upcoming days.

Shreya

Hi Shreya, You should send the amount of RPRF exactly as mentioned in your request letter. This is not linked with ever flapping Dollar value. It is fixed.... :)

what is the meaning of RPRF..? is it landing fees..?

hw can one influence pslrb ?
This my my worst experience of my life.
Before it i was believed that our Indian Govt and Unions are ir-responsible but now i believe that record holder are other persons.
If this happens in India then it will solved easily by Govt of India with giving anything. remember Jantar manter

@ shreya99,

Not sure when u r DD has been returnedby NDVO, but Request you to please double check again on the CIC website on the day when u r planning to take the RPRF DD.

And ensure their is no much gap between the DD taken date and the dispatch date to NDVO.

As of today 31/08/2013, RPRF Amount has been revised by NDVO which is INR 31400 per each adult person. Due to recent depreciation of Indian rupee in the international markets.

If u r sending for two people it should be INR 31400 x 2 = INR 62800 now.

Would suggest to get the DD made in CAD$ of 490/- + 490/- = 980/- this way there will be no confusion on the currency rate change or date when the fees is submitted to NDVO. Get it made in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.

LATEST STRIKE UPDATE

http://www.pafso.com/news_releases.php?newsID=163

As I mentioned earlier, the attitude of Canadian Government & Treasury board seems as if they are more than happy with PAFSO's strike. I wonder why they are not interested in resolving it, as if they are looking it as a reason to justify delay in processing the files.

Above this, it will give them leverage to stretch the MI-1 files processing & finalization till 2014.

PAFSO's strike is now a "blessing in disguise" for the Canadian government observing their approach & efforts so far in resolving this 5 months old strike. >:(

I can't recall any such movement lasting so long in India. At least they take some steps to either stop or resolve such strikes. They critically need counseling from their Indian counterparts.
