Need advice on one issue:

If a person has resided in 2 or more differenct states within India for more than 6 months at a stretch, do we need to submit the police clearance certificate for all the states or the police clearance certificate from the current state of residence would suffice?

Kindly help out on this

see pcc in india can be done either from passport office or from police station (in select cities) when u fill form in both the cases they will ask ur resident address for particular no of years and they will ask u the proof for ur current address one of my friend did it from mumbai passport office and he is frm rajasthan mumbai passport office send his passport to raj for varification and then they varified his mumbai address and records . pcc is actually to check ur criminal record after the age of 18 and the process to verify it from all the places u have recided
