After MR and its expenses, RPRF, PCC, POF,Passport to VO to get freezed etc etc and after all that things still there is a possiblity of rejection???

How many of the MI1 people had been through that hurdle...

My concern, if they were not satisfied then why do they send MR directly without calling for not any interviews?

Please somebody explain...

Today the address changed to my Indian address in ECAS. It has been the canadian address of my lawyer/ consultant address so far.
What is the significance? The status is still in-process.

Ordinarily, it does not hold much significance. my friends in the forum had opined in the past that change in the address from local to the one in Canada ,in the ecas,implied forthcoming status change, i.e from IP to DM.
But in ur case,since ur ppt had reportedly reached VO VERY RECENTLY, the impending status change to DM canot be expected so soon. May be ,ur file was marked WITH fresh B'FD ,PENDING FINAL LEVEL "BG".

Thanks for the response. What you have said make sense.
I know couple of folks in this forum who got their DM very soon but that was in April. Given the strike I dont think it will happen for me but always praying it happens soon Lets see what happens.

Hey Guys,

I submitted my medicals and within a month got passport request. they asked to submit at VFS, but my status is not updated in ecase.

Is there any with the similar situation in this forum... if yes, please provide more details.
