Thanks.. Could you please share that when did you receive your DM and then when did your pp arrived, along with what was the actual date of stamping of visa..

Also, if you could tell that how much time has Embassy given you to land in Canada... Thanks !!!

Sorry for the late reply. I do not understand what DM is. (so it would be nice if u could elaborate it). I got the passport on 12th sept. The actual of stamping of visa mentioned in the passport is 04/09/2012.( so it basically took 1 week to reach my hand). In my case i didnt even see the postman.
Guess he didnt know that it was passport. He dropped it in my letter box and left. ( In one way..its not good...they show no respect and responsibility for our passport, but on the other side..i got my passport with no such difficulties as i have read in the forum).

Also the embassy has given me time till 03/08/2013 to land in Canada.

Hope and pray that things get fast for u!!( agree to what u said on the curiosity part)...
I am planning to travel by the 3rd week of October..mostly by 19th or the 20th. Heard the winter starts by Nov. So heading before the winter.

Guys thank you so much for your constant support and faith.. Finally with Wageguru Ji's meher I'm a PR of Canada... Got my PP with visa this friday...

hi guys, can i join in this forum? My papers were processed under MI1 and have my PP sent to VO Manila last July 27, 2012.. until now im waiting for my passport back i checked my ecas still in IN PROCESS status..

63 days after getting medicals done and submitting Passports to NDVO.
Still waiting for the Maple leaf. :

I'm MI2 applicant wondering if I can share my timeline I'm still waiting for my visa I sent my PP last Aug.07,2012 and Bank dratf has been encashed lasy Sept. 06 , 2012 only today my ecas is still in process with ( medical received ) long time ago since July 16, 2012.When do you think they will put DM in my ECAS and send my PP back ?? It's been almost more than 5 weeks now, I'm thinking of emailing them ? do you think it will help??? But encashing my bank draft is a good sign?

by the way I'm in Canada applicant and my VO is LA. so frustrating and the wait is killing me? others that I know got PP in 2 weeks time some the latest is a month. I'm worried a bit... Pls. an input of anything will be appreciated.
