MI-3 Bangladeshi Applicants Lets share

Dear All,

Just heard something from different persons.

That SGVO is strongly working to clear the backlog of 2011 and 2012.

But one of the agent told that SGVO are doing processing fast for 2013 applicant for the new application.
For 2013 applicant they are getting result within 6-9 months.What do you think?

I m absolutely sure that the agent was providing that info to any of MI-2/3 applicant. So that they can have another defense for the processing delay providing misinformation to their client.

Information is absolutely false (as usual from immigration agent/consultant). I am also waiting over 10 months. None of FSW13 got any processing trace from SGVO yet. Other VOs are on full pace with the Backlog, not SGVO. Yes before opening of FSW13 CIC informed several times that processing time will be within 1 year.

When should I notify SGVO, and how to notify? by email or online inquiry?

You can notify by mail/CSE. But the best thing is to send the required forms directly ASAP(without waiting/ asking):

1.additional dependant form with
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate

Finally courier to the follwoing address :

IMMIGRATION SECTION
HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA
One George Street #11-01,
SINGAPORE 049145

LAST MI-3 MR from Singapore Visa Office: 03-12-2012. No MR for MI-3 from SGVO from last 1.4 years.

It seems almost all VOs including SGVO, NDVO, LVO, Manila has reduced quota on 2014. But compare to larger NDVO and others, our VO has less reduced...

no hassle n they have e-medical. just take the passports n medical request for each of the candidate n that will do.
