Dear Expert Forum Members,

I need help from you regarding the following issues -

I will have to submmit my and my family member's passport and 4 copies photos.

1. They have provided an Apendix form(Apendix -A), there they have wanted information(passport related) about main applicant, spouse and children. My question is that will I have to fill up only one form providing my, my spouse and my child's infomation? or will I have to fill up three different form for each individual ?

2. Will I have to fill up the form by hand writing or typing?

3. I have to submmit these documents through VSF. My question is that which address will I have to write on the envelope? And lastly, Will I have to submit complele enclosed envelope (providing passpot, Appendix A and photos) to VSF? Or will they(VSF) help me how to arrange the documents in the envelope?

4. What other document will they(VSF) ask me to submit.

Vaia,

1. No its for only Principal applicant....since the form contains the info for all of ur family members.

2. Hand writing is enough.

3. Yes u will have to send via VFS....No need of any envelope from ur side....Just give them PP, photo and the requested doc/forms. They will pack it on behalf of u....thats why u are paying them......

4. VFS will give a small form - which is not related to CIC ....just for their own database.....


Take a copy of PP for all of the family members....VFS is going to ask u these thing....

I didn't understand what you wanted to explain. Please make it clear. What is MH370?
