Dear MSE77 and seniors,

When you submit additional documents and PPR to High Commission of Canada, Singapore , if you have additional information such as new passport, new job, new education, do you need to submit supporting documents for these changes (for me,IMM008 form need to update)

As I am going to submit documents to canada visa office SINGAPORE on 28-oct-2014, so I am not sure whether I should put supporting documents or not because I changed my new passports, I got master degree(when initial state still don't have), and my wife changed new job. Please advise.

Probably next Sunday...or Monday. How much I have to pay in total or individual (Visa fees n vfs service charges) for me, spouse & 5 years old son?
SVO asked me to submit Passports, Photos & Appendix A form (They Attached with my instruction mail)
As u have first hand experience do u have any suggestions to me b4 submit my passport?

On last August 14, it took 2600 around for each adult (my sister-in-law) to send the PP via VFS....So take such amount of money for each of u....

Also take a copy of each PP...otherwise they will instruct u to bring the PP copy again....

When SVO sent me document request email, they asked me to submit only IMM5669 forms for me & my spouse with update information. No supporting documents.
When you received PER mail from cic there there was instructions please inform the visa office about the changes of marital status, job changes, mailing address etc. I did notify them about my changes on time..
they updated my info like changes the address of my office, mailing address and MRP passport information...later when SVO communicate with me mention new address...
ur case is different....
As u did not inform them before, now u can send them inquiry asking suggestion what u should do or discuss seniors in the forum same situations like yours...

U must take to ur kid's passport as identity documents to the medical centre...
want to changes paasports just after medical ? Any complexity for further process?

I think it's good decision. Otherwise they may think suspicious activities.

Dear MSE77,

Good day. Although I already informed, scan and send our new passports to CIC Singapore about 1 year before, they still send me to fill up IMM0008_2D Form. I think the reason is when I fill up IMM0008_2D Form, for the place for FAMILY NAME or SURNAME , I just put NA and for the place for GIVEN NAME, I put my full name as per passport. May be this is one of the reason , CIC Singapore want me to fill up this form again. I think like this.

In my case SVO took 30 more days to send passport request after completion of medical diagnosis....
don't Worry, They ll send definitely ....when did they send MR request & u completed ur medical?
