For some obvious reason he didn't share me the source of such news.
He just told me you will definately hear some news by 30th April, as Canadian govt
Given ultimatum to clear the backlogs by same period...I am not fully satisfied though..but who
Know...may be its true...let's our finger crossed.

Let's see what's happened. 30 April not so far.

Nov 07, 2011 may be PER date. Remember he is FSW2.

I have sent my application on24 Oct 2011 AND they my received my application on 7 Nov 2011.
From my understanding I stated that is may be my AOR. What is PER I don't know, please clarify.

PER is the notification email that are sent by CIC stating that ur file have achieved "Positive Eligibility Review" -PER.

Which should be received before ur file transfer.

Usually CIC sent PER after 1-2 months of app rcvd date. And approx. 1 month after PER , they transfer files to Local VO (SGVO) which is called AOR.

In ur below portion of PER email,signature is given for CIC,Canadian address. And for AOR email its for Singapore address.

Now u can clear urself as well as us which one is for PER and AOR in ur case.

EVERYONE GOING TO BE HOPELESS AGAIN. CERTAIN WE WILL HEAR FROM SGVO THAT " WE R NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY MR/VISA NOW BECAUSE OF QUOTA OF VISA IN 2014". ACTUALLY ..............WHO CAN TELL US HOW LONG WE HAVE TO WAIT ?

REALLY CANT BELEIVE IT...............WAITING SINCE 2012 WITH SAME HOPE. TODAY OR TOMORROW MY IP WILL CHANGE OR RECEIVE MR. ALREADY PASSED 2+ YEARS.

ENCURAGE WHEN VISIT LVO/NDVO OR OTHER VO. THEN KEEP HOPE THAT WE ALSO WILL RECEIVE GOOD NEWS SOON. IN THIS WAY PASSED DAY AFTER DAY/ MONTH OFTER MONTH/ QUATER AFTER QUATER & FINALLY YEAR AFTER YEAR.

SAME SITUATION FOR MI-1 & MI-2 BROTHERS. TIME DID NOT BECOME END. WAITING.....WAITING.......& WAITING. FINALLY WAITING FOR GOOD HOPE.....

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please submit the following documents:

- Notarized copy of all master degrees for yourself and spouse


_ Notarized copy of university (Master) transcripts for yourself and spouse


We hope this information will be of assistance.

Medical results have been received.

What did they mean by "Sending Letter" ? Did they send hardcopy letter through Snail Mail ? ...
