Congratulations. We SHOULD be next as we sent in our PGR on March 2nd. I say should be with a grain of salt as there doesn't seem to any real way of knowing what's happening. But that's great for you!

Jamo for sure you guys are next!! ;)

To CANzanillo,

I know you've taken the spreadsheet under your wing so I have a suggestion, since the Mexico VO processes other countries as well it might be helpful to specify what country the applicant is from. For example, my husband didn't have to do the Mexican police step and we just sent it at the beginning so that saved us some time.

Good Saturday Morning to Everyone!!

Congratulations to those of you receiving PPR. I'm sure you are very excited about your approvals and can soon start making plans to move to Canada!

fatimafnts, I think that is a good idea. I have added a new column at the beginning of the spreadsheet in order for the PR Applicant's Country of Origin to be input.

I would request that everyone go into the spreadsheet to review and update all their info including country of origin, destination in Canada, notes, etc!

I also added a new column to show the number of days from application received to PPR. We are currently seeing 190 - 200 days!!! That gives lots of hope to the rest of us who are anxiously waiting for movement in our applications!!

Any Dominican Republic applicants whose applications are being processed now in Mexico City VO, feel free to include yourself on the spreadsheet. Please provide complete information. TX!

Thanks. Let's see what happens. We're trying not to get too excited until we see the passport request e-mail.

Hey canzanillo

My ecas says decision made, hubby's passport is waiting to be picked up at DHL as of yesterday and he's from Costa Rica if you want to add it to the spreadsheet.

Done! Congratulations! 400 days to PPR!

I don't think so. We had PPR on March 24 which you already had on the spreadsheet which makes it less than a year.

You are correct! 361 days! I meant 400 days to passport Received with COPR, though you still have to retrieve it from DHL - if I understand correctly.

Good Morning everyone!!

I continue to work on the Timeline Spreadsheet to improve its value for everyone.

I added a number of usernames from back in 2012/2013/2014 who were likely in the spreadsheet previously. My intention is to try to get as much accurate data as possible to be able to add some averages going forward as it is important information.

I also added another spreadsheet to the list at the bottom for you to provide suggestions and/or comments on how to improve the spreadsheet. Your input is important to continue to develop the timeline spreadsheet. I am not a spreadsheet wiz but am trying to learn and improve things as much as I possibly can, so if you have a suggestion be patient and I will do my best to resolve it.

There are 6 usernames at the bottom of the spreadsheet that I either pulled from the main list or just recently added to the list that we need to get more data on. If you know any of these people please let them know to update their timelines. I realize they are older usernames but it doesn't hurt to try. Until then they will remain off the main list. They are as follows: Mavimolly, Muchacha, Janegat, Guanada, Bibitte, and Chauncey.

Please check the spreadsheet regularly and update your info please. A reminder that I added a column for PR Applicants Country of Origin so please add yours!!

Thanks for helping maintain this valuable information!

So finally sent off the PGR to the VO today (phew). Received an email last week requesting medicals for his estranged children whom he does not know the whereabouts of. We did however include formal CIC notarized forms claiming they are non-accompanying and he understands that they will not be eligible in the future. Also some background on his relationship history with their mother. He emailed back confirming that they are only looking for the kids medicals, not another one from him (his expired but no indication on his notes if they have extended), and also that as per his application he does not know their whereabouts and is unable to produce them for examination. There was a response today, clarifying they are indeed only asking for the children, not him. That was all, no mention of anything else... so I guess we just wait. Not sure if anyone else is in this situation? Anxious to know about what we can expect from here.

PS - thanks Canzanillo for all your hard work on the spreadsheet - it's so invaluable for us!

Good morning all!

Just checked my ECAS - it has changed from In Process to Decision Made. 8) The VO received my passport almost a week ago.

Good luck to all!!

The last time I contacted the VO I asked two questions and they only answered one. Maybe try contacting them again asking to clarify what you should do now regarding his children? Not super hopeful about it but they may respond. It's worth a try.

Hi everyone!! So I sent my passport yesterday and hoping to see Fedex delivers it today at Mexico VO!!!
Very very happy!!
There´s no better feeling than knowing this process is almost done!!!
Hang in there everyone!! :)
Saludos!

Congrats Jack87 - they received his PGR this morning, I'll wait a couple weeks and see if we hear anything on either front.

Thanks CANzanillo for everything you're doing with the timeline, I have (yet another) suggestion, I'll probably stop soon :)
I was thinking that after passport request date you could have a passport sent or a passport received by visa office column, because some people send the passport the next say while others have to wait a week or so before sending it and that it's more indicative of a timeline when you actually know how long they're taking to get it back to you.
