Please note that as of March 10, 2012, eleven regional offices pertaining to the "Procuraduria General de la Republica" (PGR) will be issuing federal police certificates (Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Estado de Mexico, Jalisco, Michoacan, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, Queretaro, Veracruz, Yucatan and Zacatecas) Please contact the office of your choice in order to obtain this document.
IMPORTANT: An official signed letter and specific instrucions to obtain the federal police certificate issued by the Procuraduria General de la Republica (PGR) is being sent to you via regular mail today. We cannot guarantee that you will receive this letter. If you have not received it within 30 days, notify our office so we can send you a new one. If you wish to avoid unnecessary delays, we strongly suggest that you send us a pre-paid airway bill quoting your full name, date of birth and file number.
