Okay will do that! We were hoping today they would call us to come pick up this letter but we havent heard anything yet In the end though, what we are getting from the embassy here and what they will request is the same thing (PGR) but we are just obtaining it in different ways, correct?

For the SSP would the domicillo of a direct family member in Mexico work? Similar to the PGR?

My guess would be Yes. When I went they didn't even ask for it. They just asked me for a photocopy of my IFE and Birth Certificate.

We are still waiting to receive hubby's passport back from D.F. The wait is EXCRUCIATING!!! It was one week last Friday! Can't imagine what is holding everything up. Especially since they only have 33 apps process. What gives?!?!?

33 apps in process noo. lol this 33 is the amount of apps that were sent in from jan 1 2012 to march 31, 2012.
but according to the report from april 2012, there is 296 applications currently in process.
but either way you should be getting the passport some time this week !!

Oh, thanks for clearing that up! I hope we get it soon!! For some reason, this wait seems harder than the previous wait for the ppr!!!

yeah! it seems like the waits at the end are way worse than anything before. but im sure you two are going to jump up and down when the passport comes back!! ;D
