I have nightmares at least once a week that I'm granted my PR visa and that I'm sent back at the airport because I don't have an ARC and CIC never asked me to submit one! I read the one year thing, I also read that dependents of the main refugee claimant (my dad) need not apply, so that would exclude me. I don't know anymore what's going on.
Hello Margarita!
One question! How do you do that? I got my email yesterday and I live in Mexico City. Can you please tell me how do I go about sending them a prepaid envelope? Those guys in a document they sent me, they still have my Tijuana Address (I've asked them to change it 5 times!) so I don't want to wait. Do I go to DHL? or What do I need? Please help!
Hi Edgarcitow,
You just have to go to DHL and send a package to the embassy containing another (prepaid and addressed to you) envelope. We wrote a letter saying "as you have suggested we have enclosed a prepaid envelope to expedite the process. Please send us the official constancia request using the enclosed prepaid envelope".
It worked just fine! DHL should know how to do this we have done it many times and there has never been confusion... Suerte!
