We apply on April 17 and we were transferred to Mexico on October 15 and still no answer...where is the applicant from and the sponsor?? I am from Cuba and my husband Canada

We are November 15/2018 and still waiting principal applicant and dependant from Cuba . I’m from Alberta

Just wanted to update y’all - my CIC account updated to “Application approved on Nov. 20” & counterfoil details.... now we are just waiting for the passport to be returned!

I really wanted to take the time and thank you all for your support. While I can’t say this journey has been easy, it’s definitely been worth it. I’m wishing all of you are reunited with your spouses very soon. God bless.

Do you mind if I ask how long it took to get stamped in Mexico? Also when you say CIC account are you referring to ECAS or GCKEY?

It took about a week after it got there, we should be getting passport back maybe tomorrow or Wednesday
I'd say a total of 3 1/2 weeks from when we sent it to the VAC in NYC from them sending it to IRCC, back to the VAC in NYC and then to us.
I was referring to GCKEY, sorry for not being specific. Nothing updated on ECAS after DM.
