The status bar is probably gone because of all the high expectations from us on actually having it done in 12 months hahaha how dare we assume this
I have a feeling come 2020 these wait times are going back to 16-18 months

They are just not able to solve cases by 12 months as they promised. i wouldn't be surprised to hear the same. the only ones that enters under 12 is visa exempt places that shall be transparent and say it period.

I guess the estimation of remaining was too wrong and they were tired to get messages out of it lol

In my case the bar is still with the remaining days to the year mark.

maybe they just show now when you are at the "Days" mark (maybe like under 2 months they starts to say by days) but.... i dont get at all lol

Hello all!!!

Glad to see more PPR's coming through!!!

I had mentioned a few days ago we had never been notified of the transfer until ECAS was updated on Monday and seems like they started processing in Mexico as of 10/31.

Today we got the official AOR2 email, so far no additional documents have been requested. As far as I have seen it says criminality is still valid security has not been initiated.

Do you know what the security check includes?

There is no point to the progress bar , it was a tool to show you 365 days from the day you applied . If you can count you don’t need it . Once the year is up an alarm doesn’t off to cic to remind them .
Just keep checking your gckey for updates and all will be ok

Basically saying having expectations toward them honorate their own promise is a bad thing as most probably it won't happen. I just wanna get rid of this process and forget this experience seriously lol

So I ordered my notes July 16 and to date I still have not received them. This was the reply I got from them:

We acknowledge that your request is overdue.

Although we make efforts to provide timely access to records, the large volume of requests our institution processes makes it impossible to determine the exact date your file will be ready.

Please note that we have escalated your priority file and have assigned it to one of officers. The information will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.

This process is beyond crazy
