can any one tell me if spouse suffers from the kidneys infection (nefrotic sandrom ) it will make any prob in medicals?????????????????????

If her doctor has diagnosed NEPHROTIC SYNDROME, she may need treatment for the underlying cause, which might have detected by urine and many kind of blood tests. Unless she is treated for the kidney infection and associated problems she could not get a favorable report from the DMP. Please note that if treated for the cause, she will be alright. But the terms of treatment is depending on the doctor who is treating her.

it does not effect the immigration process

Its totally depend upon the condition(Nephrotic syndrome) occurred from.If someone releases of too much protein in the urine,h/she might go under additional tests
