medical status still not updating

hi guys,

On my CIC website , it shows my current status is "We started processing your application on March 14, 2016"
However, it's been a long while till now and they still didn't update the information yet.

Called the clinic, they said they sent the results in Jan, which was one month before I submitted my application.

BTW im applying outland. I don't know if this is normal? Or they lost the file that I submitted?

I think it's normal. We sent our medical upfront and it didn't show for months.

My medical isn't showing up either.

I did mine way in advance, was hoping to send the application in much sooner but circumstances meant a delay so I suspected I may have to do another during the course of the application.

So I refuse to worry over this and if there is an issue with the applicaton then i'm sure CIC will let us know.

I know we are not alone in not having the medical receipt line on ecas, the majority do though, so it is natural to be concerned but it is my understanding that different officials at CIC will follow different procedures at different steps of the same immigration process.

i did mine back in Dec last year.... what about you?

Same thing happened to me. Medical results wouldn't show right away. I sent in a case specific inquiry and attached upfront medical e-receipt to it.

My case went into process on March 26, and medical results showed up on May 10th. So I don't think it is a big deal, it will get updated. But just for your peace of mind, you can send it in again.

My ECAS wasn't updated with my medical results until I had DM (they were posted on ECAS at the same time)

just want to ask if how many months to wait after application from Mississauga has been sent to manila visa office? anyone can help me?

Please don't post the same exact question in multiple threads. It's considered spam and rude. Give people time to answer your question.

Your application should be forwarded very soon after getting SA, which is taking around 40+ days right now. Then after that it will probably be a few months at least before you hear anything about the applicant's side of the application.
