Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

Yes I am looking at the London office only - There are 8 London std country completed applications in 2016 (of which I am one) and 1 from Pakistan on the London BE spreadsheet. The 2016 Pakistan spreadsheet average is currently skewed due to the lack of applications completed there are 12 of 31...

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

You are indeed correct that a larger sample size would give a more accurate average and that is why I am surprised that you pointed to the 2016 tab earlier as examples of similar processing times, these are skewed statistics because they are obviously the speediest of processed applications and...

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

Looking at the London spreadsheet on the BE forum then statistically speaking on average it takes longer for an application to be processed via the Islamabad office. Using their current statistics, the average is 9.41 months from standard countries and 12.18 months for those transferred from...

Congratulations! - No COPR for me yet, I guess it must take a while longer to wing its way to Toronto, I plan to hop in the car and flagpole the same day as I receive it. Good Luck and Best wishes for your new years adventure!

Congratulations Charno, I am so happy for you - You're right, it is crazy that our in process times were exactly the same - it shows a fine level of consistency by CIC.

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

For those not on B.E forum Woohoo I received 2 messages through mycic this morning to notify me that my application has been approved. My COPR has been issued and I have a year to 'land'. My background check 'in progress' notification was only received yesterday, so I can only guess that mine...

Congratulations Duffy! I hope it's a good sign that you are directly above me in the spreadsheet :) We seem to be seeing a surge of activity by London - Here's hoping for another Oct, Nov and Dec like last year

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

I'm a Feb applicant from London and my background check hasn't started, so I wouldn't worry just yet! There are plenty of 2015 applicants still waiting. The official wait time is 15 months and i'm only halfway through that, so I am not yet sweating on the application. Different visa offices...

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

Yes my application has been linked via the MyCIC but on a weekly basis I routinely check both ECAS and MyCIC, and as I stated I was surprised to see a change on ECAS and nothing on MyCIC. Reading other threads elsewhere on this forum I see that it was just a system update.

The same has happened on my ECAS account too. It had been 'in process' and to be honest after reading other posts I expected it to stay that way throughout the entire process even after 'decision made' would appear in the permanent residence application status column.

Thread for Outland LONDON, UK Applications!

The waiting game is frustrating but unless your application was sent to Ottawa it is something we all have to do. As a quick estimation, if Wilbert and Philippa are both still waiting as Oct 2015 applicants. You as a Jan applicant and myself as a Feb applicant should realise that we will have 3...

    medical status still not updating

My medical isn't showing up either. I did mine way in advance, was hoping to send the application in much sooner but circumstances meant a delay so I suspected I may have to do another during the course of the application. So I refuse to worry over this and if there is an issue with the...

FEBRUARY 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Congratulations canaussie! I must admit to being slightly disappointed that I wasn't lucky enough to have my application sent to Ottawa. It definitely seems to be leading the way with regards to processing speed at the moment.

FEBRUARY 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Mine doesn't say it either, but I did mine back in October and expected that I may have to do another as it is likely the decision may be made after the 1 year expiration of the medical (though I was hoping it may be extended by them) The e-medical receipt was definitely sent in our pack too...
