Well, not really guys. You can either extend your current work permit by asking your employer for an LMO. There have been people who were out of employment for a few months and they still received PPR.

OK, I see the chance of not having to proof ongoing employment at PPR and landing.

But what good is a LMO if you have been fired by the employer (in case you had a work permit that was only valid for that employer)? Don't get me wrong, just asking ::)

No, not the same. I applied under Fsw class as well, I didn't heard anything after finger print requirement for one and half year! no MR, no PPR. Sorry to frustrate your happy thinking!

Sorry to hear your sad story !! I would like to believe they are sending me the PPR in 1-2 weeks just because MR and rest of the stuff is all done. Will keep posted. Cheers.

It depends case by case but 1-2 weeks is being fairly optimistic. Applicants are getting PPR recently has taken 5-6 months since medicals being done.

I got PPR from Buffalo.

Questios to senior or experts:
-What other info need to send with PP and what format?
-Should I use xpresspost for sending and return envelop?
-I guess, I have to send to Fort Erie
-Is there anything else should I know

Thanks in advance

Well, others also had to apply for a Visitor's Visa so they could remain in Canada while waiting for approval of their applications. That's as much as I know...
