Hi Guys,

Finally, today I received the PR from LVO.
Wanted to share the news with you :)
Any expectation about ADVO processing time for the visa issuing ?

Hello everyone,

I am HIV+ and I am currently on medication (Lamivudine, Zidovudine, Nevirapine) and have an undetectable VL. I ordered my GCMS notes and realised that I have been assigned a medical code of M5. I checked the Ontario Formulary and discovered that the total cost of that specific regimen is around CAD 2700 appox.

I have since sent a cost analysis detailing the daily, monthly and yearly cost of that specific therapy to the Medical/Immigration Officer at the local VO. I first sent a CSE and followed it up with a hard copy.

I pointed out the error to them and listed all the references for their own review and confirmation and requested that the correct medical code be alloted.

Do you guys have any idea what might happen next?

I also need the contacts of some very good lawyers because I am willing to fight this to the very end.

Thank you.

Mike.

CONGRATULATIONS! AND WELCOME TO CANADA

HI,

So after 17 days this is response I get for my CSE,

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have forwarded the information you provided to the responsible office. They will contact you only if they require further information."

Any idea what does this really mean?

hi
i have question regarding medical examination.
If some one have illnesses such as chronic kidney disease or diabetes and don't tell the doctor(hide illnesses ).will it make problem for them after landing.will they check applicant medical report and deport them .

Hi guys I have a question please

I am the main applicant, my wife had heptaits C 5 years ago. She had cured but now her antibodies for Viurs C is positive but her PCR test is negative namely under 16. All other liver tests are good and showing no negative effect. What are your advices for preparing for medical exam?

Is it better to make test in advance antibodies+ PCR + liver tests and bring report from her doctor that she is okay and the Viurs is inactive and had no negative effect? Or do not mention the diseas history? But because she has tattoo, the doctor will ask for Viurs c and b antibodies. For sure C antibodies will be shown positive in the test result. Can I know what is the procedure the doctor will take in the 2 cases and your advices?

Thank you in advance

Dear Forum Members,

As you can see my timeline on the left side, I want to ask the question regarding the CSE response I received from my VO on 3rd June, 2016. The response is "Your application is under final review with the immigration officer. We thank you for your patience. You should be hearing from us shortly regarding further steps."

I want to ask that I haven't received any response from them till today. Shall I raise another CSE or use the same email to ask about the status ?
Whats your take on it ?

Hi
If ECAS show that they receive the medical report (medical results have been received ) does it mean that I pass the exam?

Yes you passed the medical exam. Welcome to the PPR waiting club

Hi!

Can anyone tell me what is the expected time of PPR after submission of Medical? Please find below my time line.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 15, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on February 19, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

I submitted my medical on 18th January, 2016 but still waiting for PPR request after 6 months already passed. I also initiated a CSE to London Visa Office but the answer I got is, your process is still under process.

Issue is we are expecting a child in December (2016) and it would be very difficult for my wife to travel in those days if PPR request actually comes. Can anyone guide me what should I do with this application? Should I tell them that my wife is pregnant and you need to extend my landing time or actually wait for PPR and then let them know about it?

I shall be highly grateful if someone guides me about it.

Thanks in anticipation.

(I am from Pakistan and I applied through FSWP in December 2014. London Visa Office is handling my case currently)

Just wait and see. all will be OK.

Hi

I have done my meds in April 2015 and started to see "Medical Results have been received" two months after that (which is in June or July 2015). Until this moment, there has been no change whatsoever. My application is G5 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Any idea on what could be holding the final approval?

Thanks
