Can anyone tell me what is the expected time of PPR after submission of Medical? Please find below my time line.
1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 15, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on February 19, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.
I submitted my medical on 18th January, 2016 but still waiting for PPR request after 6 months already passed. I also initiated a CSE to London Visa Office but the answer I got is, your process is still under process.
Issue is we are expecting a child in December (2016) and it would be very difficult for my wife to travel in those days if PPR request actually comes. Can anyone guide me what should I do with this application? Should I tell them that my wife is pregnant and you need to extend my landing time or actually wait for PPR and then let them know about it?
I shall be highly grateful if someone guides me about it.
Thanks in anticipation.
(I am from Pakistan and I applied through FSWP in December 2014. London Visa Office is handling my case currently)
Hello forum mate, qtasneem said:Dear Forum Members,
As you can see my timeline on the left side, I want to ask the question regarding the CSE response I received from my VO on 3rd June, 2016. The response is "Your application is under final review with the immigration officer. We thank you for your patience. You should be hearing from us shortly regarding further steps."
I want to ask that I haven't received any response from them till today. Shall I raise another CSE or use the same email to ask about the status ?
Whats your take on it ?
There is no harm or delay by sending CSE. But opposite is true. Means it may expedite the case if for example your program assistant has forgotten to take action upon your file on it's due date, CSE may wake him up and this will stop further delay.Eusufzai said:Hello forum mate,
I have done my medical on 4th of February,2016. ECAS showing medical results have been received since Feb 13, 2016. I have changed my mailing address two weeks ago and this has been updated. No PPR yet. Shall I raise CSE for the first time. My VO is HK. Is there any harm or delay may arise due to CSE? Please advice.
Thanks and regards,
Eusufzai

What is the status of your application in the "MyCIC" account?Eusufzai said:Dear mate,
I raised a CSE to HK VO on 22/07/2016 about the status of my application. Today (27/07/2016) I have received a response from HK VO. The response is "Please be advised that case is pending result of background checks. These checks may sometimes be lengthy. We will contact you when we have further information or requests". Furthermore they have advised " in order for us to concentrate as many resources as possible on case processing, we do encourage you to avoid submitting multiple or repeated case enquiries. Responding to repeat enquiries impacts our ability to focus resources on processing by diverting staff to reaffirm the information you have already received." How long should I wait, any projection, experience or advice are welcome. Really waiting for something good.
Best wishes,
Eusufzai
The status of application is " In Process". I did not link my paper application with MyCIC account. Please take a note that I have applied under PNP category. How can I link my application with MyCIC? Would you mind to let me know the step wise procedure to order GCMS?managersonline said:What is the status of your application in the "MyCIC" account?
Whether you have linked your paper application with your MyCIC account?
Parallel to above I shall advise you to order immediately GCMS notes.
