is anyone know about rejection or problem if someone apply with Hepatitis B in sleep condition ??
They do not screen for hepatitis if you do not inform or the doctor does not feel it so. If you XRAY for TB is not very clear then Hepatitis test become a regulation. The test reports sent to CIC after medical are urine, Syphlis, AIDS and TB related and if Hepatitis testing is not a compulsory part of the medical.
It all depends on your condition at the time of medical; however, likelihood is that you may have to go through additional tests regarding your liver condition.

I did my first medical examination then I asked for specialist in liver disease ... at the end , the doctor said to me " your liver in good condition and you don't need any treatment ... all you need is dual annual check for you liver function and ultra sound scan .

Thundering Typhoons , Blistering Barnacles, Goodness Gracious God!!!

AT LAST, after a precariously long, exhausting and testing wait of exactly 3 yrs 9 months and 1 day from the date of application - RECEIVED THE PASSPORTS WITH THE MAPLE LEAF attached along with 2 copies of COPRs each, one for the CIC and one for self, in the afternoon by regd. post. A two page instructions leaflet was also attached.

A quick glance of all the COPRs suggest everything is mentioned correctly, will have to check once again leisurely.

Here are the details of the Visa & COPR:

Issue Date - 2nd Jan 2014
DM Date - 5th Jan 2014
Recvd Date- 9th Jan 2014
Expiry Date- 18th Mar 2014

Above timelines are same for all 3 of us!

One Point to be noted here, not sure how significant and relevant it is to this topic and the issue, the medical validity of all 3 of us (PA, Co-Applcnt and child) as mentioned on the individual COPRs are different.

God Bless All!!!

You said you got 2 copies of the COPR? This is usually not the case. Is your COPR IMM5292 or the older one?

hi Rizmayo,

While I am not very sure other's COPR as to how many copies are usually sent, based on your mentioning of the Form # I checked ours and is mentioned in the bottom of the page as IMM 5688 (04-2012) E.

Just a small doubt here - may be it differs from VO to VO. You are from LVO and mine is from NDVO. Or they might have changed in the meantime too, not sure though!

In continuation to my above reply, I searched online for an answer to your query and here it is - Effective 4th Feb 2012 the processing has changed due to the migration from CIAPS to GCMS. Hence, all cases processed in the GCMS would be issued COPRs wiith IMM 5688 while those processed under CAIPS system will be issued with IMM 5292. Hope this clarifies. Please refer to the below link for detailed official information/bulletin released on 8th March 2013:

and this realted link too:

Hope this explains and clears the air now!!!

Hi Joshu,

Please be clear on what you needed - GCMS or written reply to your eCAS Status. Expecting a written reply for your eCAS is equal to impossible. I suppose no one has answer to that and the NDVO people will not respond to such queries.

Pertaining to applying for GCMS yes, you can apply for it and give it a timeframe of 30-45 days to get in your hand. To apply for GCMS there are various procedures - the best being applying thru a known person in Canada, if any, as this costs you only $5. The other option is applying online thru various agencies which might cost you anywhere between $25-$40.

Regards!

Hello folks,

I was nominated under “FSW Backlog Reduction Pilot” by Ontario and applied for PR to CIO, Nova Scotia in November, 2012. I submitted medical exams, Permanent Residence Fee, etc. in March 2013 and 'Medical received' line was added in April 2013 but been waiting ever since for PPR1. Couple of people who preceded me by 1 month have gotten visa stamped in October.

My last CSE in October was responded by LVO saying my "case was awaiting review by an immigration officer". Now problem is that my Pakistani PCC was made in November 2012 so am worried they will say its now expired. Also, IELTS and UK PCC also expire in April which will set me back about 400$ :(. I see a lot of people with March/April Medicals but streams seem to be different (FSW1, etc.). Is anyone in a similar situation and any ideas?

Thanks,
Fahad
