I sent shedule A background decleration forms along with medicals on NOV 2012. in the personal history section I ony accounted the last 10 years activity.

Now on March 2013 i got an email from immigration office asking for new shedule A background decleration forms , accounting for all the activities since the age of 18.

Now i have resent the forms leaving no gaps in personal history. Please could any one tell me that is this a bad sign? OR its common that visa office can asks for additional documents after medicals.

Just relax, this is normal practice of VO to update all the information before PPR...your are good to go.....don't worry....

Hello hope786,

Where did you get the info that the VOs have to finalize all cases by May '13?

That would be a bless :-)

As per the trend shows.......after Medical Results have been received line of ECAS.......4 to 5 months average for

PPR request......But as I saw many threads in 2013 things are happening very rapidly......the VO has to finalize all pending cases that have their 3rd line on ECAS.......Thats why I strongly feel that in couple of months you all get your PPR Requests........Because before the MAY-13 they have to finalize cases........So Chill and be happy....you all will get your PPR very soon.

Secondly as per Qorax....if 3rd line appeared on ECAS it means that your Medical is approved and Seconded by Otawa.....and it also indicate that your Security check also completed......and only thing is left is right time.....for PPR that is very soon.........

I recvd an email fom the io last week to send my previous immigration relinquish letter as mentioned in background declaration , which I have sent n recvd today at vo.

I hope it doesn't delay my process for ppr. Kinda worried.

Dear Friends,

Everytime i inquire about my case, I get the following same reply from CHC, London. They are telling me same thing since December 2012...What to do now...its almost 5 months now..

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per your following email "Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence." I completed my Medical examination on 7th November 2012. It has been more than 4 months since my medical exam was sent.

Considering the time passed, I wanted to inquire about the next step in the process. Would you please give me some advice regarding my application status? Please let me know if there's anything pending at my end and/or when I can expect my application to move forward to the next step.

I'll be obliged.

Thanks in advance,
Salman

Dear this is a general perception....because new stream of immigration will start from May-13...thats why they have to clear all pending cases before May-13.

1. I got third 3rd Line on 10 December 2012, that "Medical Results have been Received"
2. Yes i sent RPRF with Medical
3. They asked me Police certificate, Updated New application for Permanent Residence and Schedule A background.

All these documents were reached on 7th November 2012.

On 6 Dec 2012 they asked to submit Schedule A form again due to gap.
Then on 2 Jan 2013 they asked to submit Schedule A form again due to gap in personal history section of three months.

I came to know that many applicants had to submit Schedule A form due to gap problem. ( so i hope its not an issue?)

And ever since then they are replying that the latest documents that you have submitted await review

But they are saying that documents I have submitted await review.

Could you please let me know one thing that once they review the recent submitted documents, then they will forward my file for my background checks or they have already started working on it?

As per new working trend from LVO....most of the time when you see your 3rd line on Ecas it means that...your medical is approved and seconded by Ottawa....and this stage most of the time your Security Background checks also over at the same time. Therefore in my point of view you are 90% done...and rest of 10 % is PPR....so my friend you are good to go...

Yes, its similar...Seems all applicants make mistakes while filling Schedule A form, and then have to re-submit

I think because of it, It delays the process...

I hope they have finished background checks for us, otherwise after reviewing Schedule A form if they forward our files for background check then we have to wait for another 6 months :(
