According to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp#b
Background check is=> A procedure to verify the medical, criminal and/or security background of visa applicants to ensure they are admissible to Canada.
So Medical is approved =>
We all got 3rd Line
Police Certificate => An official copy of a person's criminal record, or a declaration that they do not have a criminal record. Police authorities or government departments issue such certificates. Authorities use them to confirm
whether visa applicants are criminally inadmissible. We all have submitted it as well
Now
1. Criminal ( Criminal record they can check from Police certificate we have provided them)
2. Security background (I think this is done by Goverment of Canada, time consuming process, thats why they ask repeatedly
to send shedule A background decleration form)
The question is when they commence background check? After reviewing shedule A background decleration form? or Just right after Medical they start it? What i think is that they start it after reviewing the recent submitted shedule A background decleration form...Hope they are working on it...
And as we all have Paid Right of permanent residence fee so i believe its 100% that we will get PPR because:
RPRF=> A charge paid by a principal applicant (with some exceptions), and a spouse or common-law partner travelling with them,
before the applicant can become a permanent resident of Canada.
I know this fees can be paid along with application fees but as we have not paid it before, It is requested by VO, london
seperately, with Medical, Police certificate & updated forms so at least it is a
Positive sign
