Happy moments after long time. Now started preparing for new challenges. Planning to fly in mid of March.

I am worried that, why is it taking so long for NDVO to send the passports back? I am loosing calm now. I got DM on 16th Feb and still no news from the visa office. I sent my passport by courier and not by vfs. Those who have sent through vfs know their status but I don't know anything.
I go to the post office everyday, and come back home with a sad face. Now I think post man is going to loose patience as everyday he says NO to me.
People in this forum are getting passport within 2 to 3 days after getting DM. In my case, ten days have already passed away and no good new so far. ??? ??? ??? I don't know what to do now Cry. I need your suggestion. Kindly let me know what should be the next step.

Assuming that ur ecas started showing "DM" AS ON FEB 16,2014,u ought to have recvd ur visa docs by now.Ordinarily,what has been observed hitherto, from the day ecas changes from "IP" to "DM" it takes maximum 10 DAYS to reach visa docs pack by registered mail to the addressee.

I am of the view that this week shall ,in all probability, bring home the happiness u have been waiting for .In case u do not have an authorized representative, u will get the packet containing ur PPT + COPR +ALL ORIGINAL DOCS + PRE/POST LANDING INSTRUCTIONS FROM VO,right away. Otherwise it will be routed through u consultant .

Yes, in the event of ur failure to do so, please send a VERY SOFT AND POLITE LANGUAGE fax massage quoting the words "URGENT AND KIND ATTENTION,PLEASE".Beside this, send the hard copy through courier,as well.God willing, u do not have to resort to this option.

Relax and Pray God,everything will fall at the right place !!!!

Asking for a new imm0008 generic form because of my marital status..
I am separated now from almost 20 months..and they want legal docs as well as new generic form in which I have to say I am separated. ..
But the issue is in the form there is an option if legally separated, but I have a divorce case pending and there is no legal separation in India.
So I am struck with filling the form.
Dear mates kindly help me on this.. in the last stage but facing an hurdle..
Kindly suggest.

if your divorce case is pending you are not leagelly saperated in india (have you opt for 15G or running case)
in that case you cant avoid to fill her details in form. but yes during RPRF or medical etc you can remove her name/his name and proceed furhter.

I need your advice please

today I had a reply again from Paris VO and this time they said that my application is forwarded back to London VO to pursue the Background verification. My medicals was done on April 22nd ,2013, Do you still think I will have chance to get ppr soon or if remedicals were ordered how long it will take to send ppr after?

Anyone with same situation,whats your analysis of the situation ,I do appreciate your responses.

I had telephonic a interview as I told you a few days back. Its almost a month since then but neither I got mr nor my ecas status has changed. I am little worried now as if something must have gone against me. Is this delay in sending mr is a routine or in some doubtful cases.

2nd Re-medical done on july 2013...

its 2014 now....
& still my background check is not cleared....

Feeling really Low at the moment as 3rd Medical is about to come in July 2014....

My application for MPNP has been moved to COLOMBO from NEW DELHI today (03.03.2014).

What would be the implications/effects of this move?
In how much time would i get the MEDICAL REQUEST & finally visa?
Will the overall processing time increase or decrease?

I humbly request you to please suggest & reply. I highly appreciate your response in advance.

My file details are as follows -

I applied for MPNP in Dec 2012 (02.12.2012).
Got my LOA 23.06.2013.
My application was transferred to NEW DELHI on 18.01.2014 (I got an e-mail from them).
My ecas status says APPLICATION RECEIVED on 04.11.2013.
