for what I know and when I wanted to get a TRV you just need to do the letter it doesnt have to be notarized just follow the steps it shows on their website . The only things that do need to b translate nd notarized are his birth certificate ( also translated by a certificarted translator nd notarized by a notary ) and since you are getting married in Canada you wont need to translate your marriage certificate .. I had to translate my birth certificate and my marriage certificate cuz I got married in Mexicotweetybird said:Ok that would be great!!
