Medical - Family moved back to home country

Hi Everyone-

Here is quick background on my status:

My file is in process with Buffalo office after I received AINP nomination sin Jun 2010. My H1B visa will expire by this Sep 2010. I already sent by family back to home country.

Now I received letter from Buffalo office for medical exam..

Could anyone answer my following questions:

1. Is it OK to undergo medical test at two different countries for me and my family? How Buffalo office will get updated?
2. What will be my application status? Will it be sent back to home country?
3. What happens next after I complete my medical test in US and my family does in home country?

I will appreciate response.
