Hi,
I have already passed a medical exam for visa record extension. Is this valid for my PR application? if yes, how can I (me or my representative who is my brother) inform IRCC or is it automatically recorded by them? Thank you

Which immigration program do you intend to apply under? This may be feasible if you apply under express entry.
