MBA 3.5 years evaluation by WES

Hello!
I am planning to get my ECA done from WES. I have a 2 year bachelor degree (B.COM) and 3.5 year masters degree (MBA). I have two questions:
1. My fear is if they evaluate my masters degree as bachelors
2. Should I get my bachelors degree evaluated as well? It is mentioned on WES website that one should only get their highest degree evaluated and my highest degree is MBA (3.5)

Evaluation depends upon a lot of factors like country of education. It depends upon WES to compare your education and evaluate.
Yes for evaluation ones highest degree is required though WES can ask for previous ones.
