May intake 2023 sds still waiting

Going through the same situation... Applied for deferment from college and got approved for sep intake. My application status is showing as under background check. Dont know what happened to my application. I applied on Feb 4 and biometric got approved on Feb 9. Still waiting

its been almost 200 days since i applied under SDS...Did u get your decision?

And here I thought SDS was supposed to move much quicker… have you tried checking how long it took other people to get theirs approved? I found a few SDS cases in this study permit tracker: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/study-permit-tracker



Maybe that’ll help you get a better idea when the background check will be completed.. good luck!
